Preorder Policy

Our preorder process is as follows:

For a limited time, the piece being sold will be available in every size we offer for unlimited preorder. Order a piece for you, a friend, a partner, and/ or anyone else you want to share the experience with! We will send all the orders to our manufacturer where production will take anywhere from 7-9 weeks. After production, our manufacturer will ship us the piece in order to do one final quality inspection before shipping. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. Preordering helps us reduce waste and ensure that production corresponds with demand.


DELIVERY
  • Your Le Maison de Nique piece is guaranteed to arrive 7-9 weeks from the end of the preorder and will arrive to you within 1-5 business days.
  • Please double-check the delivery address and email to ensure that we can notify you once the item has shipped or ready for pick-up at our office located in Detroit, MI.
  • You will receive a USPS tracking number once the piece has been shipped. If you live in/ near Detroit, MI and requested pick-up, you will receive a pick-up notification via email once ready.
SCHEDULE
  • We cannot guarantee a specific date of delivery due to potential shipping delays and the un-predictableness of the world right now, but you can expect items about 8-10 weeks from date of purchase. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, we will notify you by email (please ensure you have the correct email address when you order).
PAYMENT
  • Your payment will be processed immediately
  • Preordering an item requires payment in full via one of our listed payment methods at checkout. This includes the payment of item, shipment, and taxes. 
REFUND/CANCELLATION
  • No refunds or cancellations. If you’d like to make a change to order (i.e. incorrect delivery address or email), please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information.

How does preordering work? 
Place an order for an item with the correct delivery address and email. Wait 8-10 weeks for production and delivery to you. Once your order is placed, you agree to the terms and conditions above. We will be sure to fulfill your order on-time.

When will I receive my order?
Within 8-10 weeks from the date of order. We expect no changes to this delivery timeline. If any delays do arise, you will be the first to know.
